Wildflower Wisdom – 2022

Sunday 22nd May, 2022

Wildflower Wisdom

Plants have evolved their own ways of combatting danger and disease. Our ancestors learnt how to make use of these attributes long before the discovery of antibiotics. Find out how the plants that grow in the Crafnant valley were essential to previous generations of villagers in their everyday lives. This is an opportunity to discover more about the history of the village as well.

A leisurely walk through the woodlands and meadows famous for bluebells and other spring flowers.  Most of the walk is through fields or on good tracks. (There is one stile.)
