Our booking system uses Ticket Tailor to handle tickets and payments.
If you wish to book on a walk, simply click on Book on the bottom of that particular walk page, which will take you to Ticket Tailor’s box office. We accept a maximum of 4 persons per order.
We do not accept unaccompanied minors, so anyone creating an order must be over 18.
You will be asked for your name, email and mobile phone number, and where you are travelling from on the day (for marketing purposes only)
For each additional attendee you will need to give their name and indicate if they are under 18.
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your booking and an e-ticket. These can be stored on your phone or printed out, but we will have your name on the booking anyway so don’t worry if you misplace it.
You’ll also receive an automated reminder about 10 days before the event.
NB. If you have registered for multiple walks, you’ll get multiple reminders.

CANCELLATIONS – You may cancel your order online up to 3 weeks before your walk- you will not need to contact us – See details on your original email confirmation or simply go back to the “Book” link on the specific walk page on our website, click through to Book, then you will see Manage Tickets top right of the Ticket Tailor page, and follow their cancellation instructions.
When you cancel online, we also get a notification, so you don’t need to inform us. It’s as simple as that, and we can then make your place available to someone else. If your cancellation request is more complicated for any reason, simply contact us, and we’ll sort it for you. Refunds, where available, are set out in our terms and conditions see here
TICKET DETAILS – The email ticket itself will contain very little information, beyond giving the walk title, date and time; further details can be found on the Trefriw Walking Festival website. Please remember to put the date in your diary!
NOT ENOUGH SPACES LEFT? – When you order your tickets, it will indicate how many tickets are available. But if, for instance, you want 4 places and there are only 3 left, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.
SOLD OUT? – If a walk is sold out, please come back at another time and see if there has been a cancellation. Alternatively you can join a waitlist.
