Gorge Scramble for Kids
Gorge scrambling is a fun filled activity which involves either ascending or descending a gorge up or down water falls, jumps into plunge pools and also slides, in one of the most beautiful and special places in North Wales, either the Afon Ddu or the Llyn Geirionydd Gorge.
All safety equipment will be provided and 5mm wetsuits (please supply your size when booking – S,M,L,XL), helmets and harnesses.
Bring swim suit, towel and old pair of trainers/boots you do not mind getting wet.
Duration: Morning 3.5 hrs + travel time
Distance: 3 km / 2 miles
Meet: 9.00 am start from Trefriw Village Hall (LL27 0JH, SH781631) to get your gear, then take mini-bus or cars for short journey to begin the gorge scramble.
