Nature’s Creations
This leisurely, local walk, is aimed at families, and will be led by Tim Pugh, an environmental artist (see his website here), who will help us to create temporary artworks of shapes and patterns inspired by the natural world, using materials collected on our walk in the Crafnant valley. Tim makes elaborate site-specific artwork using natural materials such as sticks, leaves and pine cones. Do bring a camera to record your masterpiece!
Duration: Half day, starting late morning; please bring a packed lunch.
Distance: About 3 miles / 5 km
Grade: Easy and leisurely
Meet: 11:15 a.m. at Trefriw Village Hall (LL27 0JH, SH781631)
Tea and cake will be available in the Hall both before and after your walk. You are welcome to stay and socialise!
