Beneath the Bandages
This easy walk with St John Ambulance Incident volunteers (St John Ambulance Cymru/Wales) shows you how to deal with some of those common mishaps when out walking – stings, grazes, twisted ankles. We then return to the Hall for an ‘insider’ look at how to create simulated casualties for National Emergency Incidents with a chance to have a go ourselves.
