Where’s Trefriw?

Trefriw is located in the Conwy Valley, on the eastern edge of Snowdonia National Park.

If you’re coming from the north coast, you can either:

  • From Conwy take the B5106 south. This road runs down the western side of the Conwy valley, and runs through Trefriw.
  • Turn off the A55 at J19 (Black Cat) and follow the A470 south to Tal-y-cafn. Here cross the river to join the B5106, which you can then follow south to Trefriw.

Please note – This year (2019) we are unable to use the Village Hall due to repairs. Instead, we will be based at Peniel Chapel, which is just a minute’s walk up the lane behind the Post Office, opposite.  (See the map below.)  It’ll be signed from the main street.
