Over the Pass to the Sea

2018 is the Year of the Sea in Wales, so we’re celebrating by walking over Bwlch y Ddeufaen above Rowen to the sea at Abergwyngregyn, or possibly ending up at Conwy, approaching it via Conwy Mountain.(either way we’ll find a cafe for a cuppa before returning!)

The route through Bwlch y Ddeufaen follows a Roman Road, and passes prehistoric cairns and standing stones.

The minibus will take us to Rowen, our starting point, and bring us back at the end of the walk.

Duration: All Day – 7 hours. Please bring a packed lunch.

Distance: 9 miles / 14 km

Grade: moderate
