Beneath the Bandages

This easy walk with St John Ambulance Incident volunteers (St John Ambulance Cymru/Wales) shows you how to deal with some of those common mishaps when out walking – stings, grazes, twisted ankles. We then return to the Hall for an ‘insider’ look at how to create simulated casualties for National Emergency Incidents with a chance to have a go ourselves.

Every year many people find their first choice of walk is fully booked. This is frustrating for walkers and leaders alike, so please come along on the day and take POT LUCK !

You will have 3 choices

  1. Join one of our published walks that have spaces free last minute
  2. Join our Pot Luck Walk: A full-day walk led by someone with local knowledge.
  3. Take a self guided walk which we will help you select from our Trefriw Trail series of printed walks so you can still enjoy your festival day out.

A guided tour of Trefriw’s working mill museum, with Elaine Williams Director of Trefriw Woollen Mills. See how traditional Welsh bedspreads and tweeds are manufactured from the raw wool.
