Archaeology Walk

This year we have again teamed up with the Snowdonia Society to present a walk in the area of Bwlch y Ddeufaen above the Conwy valley, rich in monoliths, stone circles and cromlechs, with archaeologist and heritage consultant Dr Sarah McCarthy, exploring some of the archaeological and historic landscapes of this area. This will be a ‘mid-level’ walk, with some rough (off-path) walking.

We will be car-sharing to the start point, returning by the same method in time for our now-legendary Cake Fest at 4 p.m.!

Duration:  All day  –  5 hrs walking.   Please bring a packed lunch.

Distance:  6 miles / 10 km

Grade:  Moderate

Meet:  x.xx a.m. to start by car share from Trefriw Village Hall (LL27 0JH, SH781631)

Walk Leaders:  TBC
